We at ZeroTox Cleaner (Hornchurch) believe that too much cleaning chemicals will inevitably harm one’s health. Therefore, we have embarked upon a journey to source and deploy natural carpet and rug cleaning materials, with minimum damage to people’s health and indoor air quality.
That being saif, I need to clarify that we still use chemicals in our day to day cleaning jobs. The difference with most carpet cleaning companies is that we very carefully research and trial every single product we are about to use. We thoroughly put it through various test we have developed, in order to decide whether we can use it or not. If it is too strong (everybody likes a strong cleaner, don’t they) but risky, we resist the temptation and decline using it.
This philosophy of ours is a choice. We don’t stick it in customers’ faces but we carefully explain when we need to. Sometimes our natural products will require more attention and repetition hence the increased time we may be at your property. But rest assured, we stay longer for a reason and that reason is trying to protect your health the best we can. We have been running for at least five years now. Times have been weird recently, with the COVID pandemic and panic everywhere. We are glad things managed to get a bit normal and people started going back to their normal carpet cleaning schedules. Did you know that in order to keep your indoor air quality in top condition, you need to have a thorough deep clean of your carpets and rugs every six months. Wrost case scenario – once a year.
Carpet fibres act as a filter and dirt, dust and dust mites get trapped in there. Once removed by vacuuming and carpet cleaning (hot water extraction method is the most effective one) they will not be able to re-enter the air inside your house and therefore will not be able to enter your respiratory system. Good riddance.
We are a bunch of old-fashioned carpet cleaners who do not use the internet and social media a lot. Why? Instead of checking out the likes of Facebook, Twitter and TikTok (etc.), we are out there working hard. Time spent ot social media is time wasted for us. Apologies to the influencers out there, but where are not like you 🙂 Don’t get offended. You do the posting – we do the cleaning. Simple as that.
On the marketing side we hope we will keep growing by spreading word of mouth. We don’t advertise and all new business come entirely through recommendations. This is how things have been and this is how we intend to keep it. I know it is old-fashioned and not trendy at all. We prefer happy customers to likes and views.
